Steph Curry has featured in just two games in his 16th season in the NBA. The Golden State Warriors superstar is currently averaging 18.5 points, seven assists and six rebounds. He will undoubtedly increase those numbers as we get deeper in to the season.
Even at the age of 36, Curry is among the best point guards in the world, and continues to hold the crown of being the best shooter in the game of basketball.
During a recent episode of the “Unapologetically Angle” Angle Reese was joined by Hall of Fame big man Shaquille O’Neal. As the interview progressed, O’Neal shared his thoughts on Curry, complimenting his overall skillset, longevity and the impact he’s had on the game of basketball.
“You know why I love Steph Curry?,” Shaq said. “Because I’ve never seen that before. I’ve never seen a guy consistently come down. If you look at Steph on the street, he doesn’t have the LeBron muscle, he’s not 6’9” he’s not 6’10”, he looks like a normal office guy. But he’s doing stuff that we’ve never seen before.”
O’Neal has a reputation for being hard to impress and often dishing out constructive, and sometimes harsh criticism. However, O’Neal had nothing but good things to say about Curry as the veteran guard enters the final years of his career.
