Manchester United about to make their official Harry Kane move, to capitalize on Tottenham Hotspur’s very public crisis.
Manchester United target Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur cheers the fans after the team’s defeat during the Premier League match between Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur at St. James Park on April 23, 2023 in Newcastle upon Tyne, England.
Manchester United are set to roll out their mega-move for Tottenham Hotspur hero Harry Kane in the coming days, capitalizing on the white north London side’s woes.
Tottenham went to a showdown with Newcastle United this weekend, needing a win to keep their Champions League hopes alive, but were duly beaten 6-1, conceding three in the first 20 minutes. Captain Hugo Lloris was replaced at half-time, while Pape Sarr was replaced after 22 minutes by another defender, Davinson Sanchez.
The disastrous performance ends a dismal few weeks for the Lilywhites. Antonio Conte was sacked after an explosive spat over his team, director of football Fabio Paratici was suspended by FIFA and subsequently resigned from Spurs, while on-pitch records have since been appalling. Now things could get worse, with the talisman Kane wanted elsewhere.

Now, according to the Telegraph, Manchester United must get their wheels in motion for a huge bid for Kane.
The 29-year-old is said to be worth £100m, according to the report’s sources, but he has just one year on his current contract. With much need to rebuild the side, they might be tempted to cash in now and use the money for a much needed overhaul. Daniel Levy has made his position very clear lately, saying Kane can ‘absolutely’ still make the money at Tottenham. The Spurs chairman has turned down several offers from Manchester City, but if another big offer comes in the north Londoners could accept rather than lose a key player for free.
Kane, meanwhile, would be high on United’s list, with Victor Osimhen, Goncalo Ramos and Evan Ferguson all linked with a move to Old Trafford.

With 207 Premier League goals for Tottenham and 55 for England, Kane is club and country’s top scorer. The striker is valued at €90m by Transfermarket.

Rumors are swirling regarding the new faces at Old Trafford. Two Brighton stars have been linked, along with two other rumored Bundesliga players.
However, three big names have been linked with departures, while James Ward-Prowse is believed to be on the midfield shortlist. Goncalo Ramos is a target and Bruno Fernandes could still go there.
