COWBOYS’ NEXT COACH: NFL Expert Names Surprising Candidate to Outshine Deion Sanders

The Dallas Cowboys, once touted as “America’s team,” are going through some trying times. They may need a new title, such as “America’s fiasco.” There’s a lot of upheaval going on at the top, and huge changes are on the way in Dallas.

Jerry Jones was anticipated to hunt for a new coach by the end of the season, especially given he only offered Mike McCarthy a one-year contract. However, it appears that the process has been expedited due to roster concerns, a lack of a running game, and a succession of bad injuries.

Jerry Jones is considering two very different options for the new coach. One is Deion Sanders, who has been doing some amazing things up in Colorado with the Buffaloes football program. In just two seasons, he’s turned the team into playoff contenders, which is pretty impressive considering he had no NFL coaching experience before.

The other option is Bill Belichick, who is a seasoned coach with a ton of experience in the NFL. It’s kind of like comparing apples to oranges, but some experts think Belichick might be the better choice.

DALLAS SEARCH FOR A NEW COACH
During ESPN’s First Take, one of the panelists, Chris “Mad Dog” Russo, made a good point about why Belichick could be a good fit for the Cowboys.

He said, “I think Belichick is the perfect guy.” He also mentioned that Belichick likes Jerry Jones and that he’s not too far away from breaking a record held by Don Shula. So, there are some interesting factors to consider when thinking about who should take over as the new Cowboys coach.

It’s definitely a tough decision for Jerry Jones to make, but it’s clear that he wants to turn things around for the Cowboys. Whether it’s Deion Sanders or Bill Belichick, it’s going to be interesting to see who ends up taking on the challenge of leading America’s team back to glory.
